Join us for Breathe New Hampshire's 28th Annual Eager Breather’s Fresh Air Day Cruise™ aboard the M/S Mount Washington on Thursday, September 5, 2024. The ship will be leaving the dock, rain or shine, at 1:00 p.m. and boarding begins at 12:30 p.m. The cruise is open to anyone living with COPD or another serious respiratory condition, their family members, and caregivers.

This annual event gives those living with COPD and other serious respiratory conditions an opportunity to socialize and have a buffet lunch with their peers while enjoying a scenic tour of Lake Winnipesaukee. Participants can practice skills learned in pulmonary rehab, and obtain valuable health education information and resources to improve their quality of life.
